COMPARISON
INTENTIA+ compared with using an AI assistant on its own
AI assistants draft, summarize and think things through with you, and they do it well. INTENTIA+ works with yours, on your account and your contract. What it adds is what happens around each answer: what the AI starts from, who decides and what gets kept.
-
Knowing months later what was decided and why
An AI assistant on its own It stays in a chat history, in one person's account.
With INTENTIA+ Each decision keeps what was asked, what was decided, the reasoning, its references and who approved it.
-
An AI that starts from what was already decided
An AI assistant on its own It depends on what you paste into each conversation. In long conversations context degrades and options that were ruled out come back.
With INTENTIA+ The AI works from the workspace's facts, decisions and documents. What was rejected stays on record with its reason.
-
Checking where a piece of information comes from
An AI assistant on its own You check it yourself. An assistant can invent a detail and state it with confidence.
With INTENTIA+ Every answer says which documents it read and why. Anything from the internet comes with its link.
-
Applying the organization's rules
An AI assistant on its own Instructions each person writes, or does not, in their own chat.
With INTENTIA+ Context rules with scope and version. They reach the assistant with every request, and the record shows which ones applied and whether any was broken.
-
A person signing off on what matters
An AI assistant on its own The answer gets copied and used. There is no approval step.
With INTENTIA+ Decisions wait in Review until a person approves, rejects or amends them, with a second factor. A machine never decides.
-
Working as a team
An AI assistant on its own Each person with their own conversations.
With INTENTIA+ A shared workspace with roles: who administers, who edits, who reviews and who only views.
-
Telling apart what the AI wrote
An AI assistant on its own Once copied, the text does not say who wrote it.
With INTENTIA+ Every text written by an AI says so, on screen and in whatever is downloaded, copied or exported.
-
A trail that holds up in an audit
An AI assistant on its own A history that can be deleted.
With INTENTIA+ An audit log chained line by line and signed every night. "Check the trail" tells you whether it is intact.
-
Connected agents and programs
An AI assistant on its own They act with the permissions of whatever account you give them.
With INTENTIA+ Everything starts switched off. A person writes what each machine does without asking, with approval or never, and "Pause everything" stops it.
-
Your AI account and your spend
An AI assistant on its own Your account and your contract.
With INTENTIA+ Also your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google account, with your contract and the spending cap you set. INTENTIA+ does not resell AI.
-
EU AI regulation
An AI assistant on its own You arrange the record-keeping and human oversight the AI Act asks for.
With INTENTIA+ Complies with the AI Act, with servers in Europe. The detail, article by article, is on its own page. The AI Act, article by article →
The table describes the usual way a general-purpose assistant is used, without naming any product. Assistant features change often.
When an assistant is enough and when you need INTENTIA+
An assistant is enough
When you work on your own, the task starts and ends in the same conversation, and nobody will later ask you to explain why it was done that way.
You need INTENTIA+
When several people decide with the help of AI, what was decided has to hold up months later, someone may ask who approved what and on what data, or agents act on real systems.
Your assistant, connected to INTENTIA+
An assistant you already use, such as Claude, connects to INTENTIA+ by signing in on behalf of a person. It reads the workspace once the administrator says yes and, if allowed, leaves things in the Inbox. It can never do more than that person, and it never decides. Tested with Claude on the web, on desktop and in Claude Code.
