GLOSSARY
Glossary
INTENTIA+ terms, in plain words.
- AI Act
- The EU regulation on artificial intelligence. INTENTIA+ complies with it, and gives your organization the record, human oversight and transparency it asks of those who use AI.
- AICA
- INTENTIA+'s cognitive agent. It tells you what is waiting for you, what is about to expire and where you left off, proposes next steps and answers how the product works. It proposes and prepares; it never decides or acts on its own.
- Audit trail
- The Audit log, Activity and each decision's history, chained with their fingerprints and signed every night. You can check whether it is intact.
- Autonomy
- What each connected machine may do without asking, with approval or never. A person writes it.
- Cognitive repository
- Each workspace's persistent, governed memory: facts, decisions, documents and their versions.
- Context rules
- The organization's rules turned into product objects, with a scope, a version and a consequence. They reach the assistant with every request.
- Decision
- INTENTIA+'s core object: what was asked, what was decided, the reasoning, its references and who had the authority to decide it.
- Fingerprint
- A code that changes if a single character changes. Every version of a fact, a decision or a document keeps its own.
- Inbox
- Where what was thought up outside INTENTIA+, such as an email or a summary from another AI, waits until a person takes it to a thread, saves it or discards it.
- Intent
- What you declare when you ask the AI for something, and what decides what it leaves behind. There are eight: Explore, Design, Plan, Draft, Decide, Execute, Teach and Reflect.
- Map
- A drawing of a workspace: its decisions, documents, rules and sources, and how they relate.
- MCP
- Model Context Protocol: the standard way AI assistants connect to tools. INTENTIA+ has an MCP server with the same permissions as its screens.
- Multi-source
- The connection to the folders where your work already lives. Every answer says which documents it read and why.
- Persistent Cognition
- Context, decisions and rules that remain in place over time, for people and AI agents alike.
- Review
- Where decisions and proposed changes wait until a person approves, rejects or amends them.
- Second factor
- A code from an app that INTENTIA+ asks for, on top of the password, to decide.
- Service key
- The credential a program uses to enter a single workspace, with the role and actions a person gave it. It always expires.
- Signed memory
- What the workspace knows because a person approved it. Automatic memory piles up; signed memory can answer for itself.
- Turn
- A request to the AI with its answer, and everything recorded about it.
- Workspace
- An isolated space per client, per project or per area, with its own purpose, documents and rules.
- Written by AI
- The label on every text an AI wrote, on screen and in whatever is downloaded, copied or exported.
