§ 2. About the site

intentia.plus is an informational site about INTENTIA+, a system in selective rollout. The site is NOT the product: it is information about the product. Access to the product requires prior conversation through the form or LinkedIn.

§ 3. Permitted use

You can read, share the link, quote the content with attribution, and subscribe to the form. You cannot do massive automated scraping, redistribute the content modifying it without attribution, or attempt to compromise the technical security of the site.

§ 4. Intellectual property

The INTENTIA+ logo, the brand, the texts, the images, and the structure of the site are property of MAS. Quoting fragments with attribution to "INTENTIA+ — intentia.plus" is permitted.

§ 5. Limitation of liability

The site content is published with the best informational intent. INTENTIA+ is in active development: some statements reflect properties of the system in internal production, others describe the product vision. MAS assumes no liability for decisions third parties make based exclusively on this site. For serious product evaluation, contact us directly.

This site links to LinkedIn (MAS profile and posts). LinkedIn's terms and privacy are LinkedIn's responsibility.

§ 7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of MAS's domicile.
